I agree and authorize the Arabian Superstar and its partners, associated companies, organizations, sponsors to use my photos, videos and profile details uploaded on the Arabian Superstar website and/or my photos, videos and other details taken during my participation in the event, as they deem appropriate including the commercial purposes. All photos, videos and profile details are considered the property of the Arabian Superstar and its parent company.

I confirm and waive the right to withdraw this authorization in the future. I also waive the right to claim any current or future compensation for its use. There is no time limit on the validity of this waiver nor there is any geographic limitation on where these materials may be applied, used or distributed.

I acknowledge that I will keep my physical appearance modest, dress appropriately with proper clothing, hair and make-up and I will conduct myself with dignity and honor.

I agree for the requests for appearances as it may be required by the organization and sponsors. I understand that failure to make appearances will result in the loss of my participation in the pageant. I understand that any requests to speak with the media (print and electronic) will be forwarded to the Arabian Superstar staff.

I'll use appropriate pictures and language on my social media pages, to uphold the dignity of the ARABIAN SUPERSTAR, repeat posting of objectionable pictures will lead to the deletion of my profile and banning from the website and cancel my participation.

I agree to represent the Arabian Superstar and the associated events in a professional manner and confirm that I'm not asocaited with any political, regional or religious party or factions.

I agree to make Facebook and other social media profiles available to Arabian Superstar for viewing in the form of becoming friends and/or follower/following on these websites. I will ensure not to post inappropriate pictures and the language on my social media profile(s) and I will uphold the dignity of the Arabian Superstar.

I understand that I am responsible for reporting any conflicts (if any) to the Arabian Superstar staff immediately. I agree that I will exercise complete confidentiality with the Arabian Superstar staff. I will in no way damage the reputation or the integrity of the Arabian Superstar or those involved in the Arabian Superstar.

I agree that if I win any title(s), I will comply with all the media events and social requirements of the Arabian Superstar and its assoicated companies, till a new Arabian Superstar selection is done. I understand that my appearances for all events are mandatory and may not be missed. I understand that it is my responsibility to clear my calendar of any potential conflicts in order to attend these functions and/or events.

I solemnly affirm that there is nothing in my background that could bring any disrepute to any aspect of the Arabian Superstar, the contest, the event, the organization, or the sponsors.

I solemnly affirm that I'm not under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.

I confirm and accept that once shortlisted I cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant.

I confirm to participate at my own risk and can have no claim against the organization or any other companies involved in any regard, and I will not hold the organisers responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur on me during the participation in the event.

I solemnly affirm that I do not have any criminal and/or civil cases registered against me.

I understand that providing incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organiser. Having participated in the Arabian Superstar, and qualified for the final, contestant is reminded that they have signed a contract and that to break it shall invite legal consequences.

I confirm and accept that my participation and selection is upon the discretion of the Arabian Superstar and I do not have any authority to challenge their decision in the entire selection and award process. I shall accept the decision(s) of the organization.

In the event of any dispute on the contest, the contestants, the awards, the finals, the event, the entire process, and any other directly or indirectly related event; the decision of the organization is final and cannot be challenged in any way.

The contestants and winners will sign a Sole Agency and Management contract with the organization for a period of Five years, whcih may be renewed after mutual agreement.

The contestants shall not directly or indirectly at any time hereafter disclose any confidential information owned by or relating to Arabian Superstar that becomes known to the contestant by reason of or as a result of participation. The contestants must also not publish any negative, demeaning or defamatory comments or confidential information by any means including by way of social media, press, directly or indirectly.

Arabian Superstar and all related material is protected by copyright. No person, or organization, may use any material, without the permission of the organization.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Arabian Superstar (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the event, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the control of Arabian Superstar);
b. any theft, unauthorized access or third-party interference;
c. any entry that is late, lost, altered or damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Arabian Superstar) due to any reason that is beyond the reasonable control of Arabian Superstar;
d. any participation in any event or activity whether arranged by Arabian Superstar or otherwise.

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the ability of Arabian Superstar to proceed with the final event on the published date, or in any manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Arabian Superstar in its absolute discretion may cancel the event and recommence it from the start or any point that Arabian Superstar considers reasonable under the same or any other circumstances.
